The Project
To help its development in the next few years, and gain shares in the biggest European Sport Market (26 Billion Euros), Decathlon Germany is looking for store Leaders.
You will be located in Frankfurt, one of the 4 priority cities of Germany project where we will increase Decathlon positive impact for its residents.
Our project is to offer the right solutions to local sport people, building the right Ecosystems around our conquest sports.
Your Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities
- Build and Develop your leading team, prepare the leaders of tomorrow
- Strengthen human foundations following Decathlon Management scheme
- Write and implement the right commercial strategies in your catchment area
- Build a strong local project/community around the most important sports
- Evolve our current model to provide a wonderful omnichannel experience
- Ensure operational excellency for more efficiency and happiness
- Ensure the value creation committed for people, planet and profit
Profil
You had a successful past experience in Retail
