Your tasks
We are experiencing very exciting times in Berlin. Following the takeover by ASML, we are in a process of change and development that will take us into completely new dimensions. In addition to an enormous investment at all levels of our work, this also includes a significant expansion of our site and a corresponding increase in the number of employees.
Do you want to be part of progress and be at the forefront of the Human Resources division? Introduce new recruiting processes in Berlin and be the main point of contact for talent acquisition and choice of personnel for a specific ASML department or a range of roles in Berlin? Develop TA planning together with the TA team lead delivery, HR business partners and managers and implement it independently?
As a "Senior Recruiter", you will:
Take over the quarterly recruitment plans and presentation to the management team of the managed department, and derive and implement the resulting recommendations for action.
Instruct and coach junior TAAs to ensure a successful recruitment process and appointments in the respective department.
Define recruitment strategy for vacancies, analyze requirements and expectations of the departments, create job advertisements.
Collaborate with recruitment consultants and coordinate them.
Build up a candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill job profiles and management roles.
Coach managers and colleagues with regard to best-practice interviewing.
Advise the department on recruitment decisions with regard to cultural and team fit.
Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Further develop our End2End recruiting process within the Berlin TA organization.
Implement 360° recruiting projects.
Represent ASML at trade fairs and conferences to acquire potential candidates.
Your qualifications
You hold a university degree in economics with a focus on human resources or an equivalent qualification.
You have at least 5 years of experience in handling complete recruitment processes in a highly dynamic, fast-paced and complex (international) environment, preferably in a technical sector of the German market.
You are fluent in business German and English.
Your skills
You have a high level of social skills.

You enjoy working in a team.
You have excellent communication skills with outstanding stakeholder management.
You have an independent, structured and analytical way of working with a high level of personal responsibility.
You have the ability to adapt quickly to different situations and people (including at management level).
