Senior Quality Management Specialist (m/f/d)

We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Management Specialiste who will be responsible for compliance with quality standards, required certifications in our organization and for occupational safety, risk assessment and environmental protection.

Quality:

Representing our company to the outside world and ensuring customer satisfaction
Monitoring the indicators and targets assigned to the quality department and implementing the corresponding measures
Develop and implement all company-wide quality assurance policies and programs
Advise on quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, cost and overall efficiency
Advise management on general quality standards
Document and fully communicate project results
Act as a point of contact for our clients on quality related issues
Plan and coordinate external/internal assessments with regulatory bodies
Act as quality auditor, ensuring independent review of team process and work products to all applicable standards
Organize and conduct certification and customer audits

EHS:

Ensuring occupational health and safety at the site for all employees
Central point of contact for all EHS-related issues
Promoting a sustainable awareness of “Environment, Health and Safety” within our company
Carrying out company-specific risk assessments and documentation in the GSSF
Initiate corrective and preventive measures as part of risk analyses and hazard assessments
Advice on environmental protection and waste management tasks and implementation of appropriate measures
Monitoring and complying with environmental and safety regulations as well as implementing the Hazardous Substances Ordinance in collaboration with the responsible contact persons and regularly conducting internal EHS audits
Preparation and implementation of audits (such as IATF, ISO environmental audit, etc.)
Supporting communication with external bodies, such as authorities and the employers' liability insurance association

Your profile:

Engineering degree preferred
Sound experience in quality management in the automotive industry
Several years of management experience
Knowledge of the required quality standards of the automotive industry, such as IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 for the automotive industry.
Certification as quality manager desirable
PSB (Product Safety Officer) certification desirable
Experience in the areas of occupational safety, risk assessment and environmental protection
Qualification as an occupational safety specialist desirable
Good IT skills, especially in dealing with MS Office
Very good German and business fluent English skills complement your expertise.
Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels, a high level of analytical ability, problem-solving skills and a structured, meticulous way of working round off your profile.
