- experienced in managing six-figure marketing budgets • familiar with the hospitality industry

- A proven track record as an individual contributor, with some leadership experience
- Leading marketing ops: Strategy, reporting, sales enablement
- Thinking in bets & backing it up with market research
- Creativity for growth hacking and out-of-the-box marketing activities
- Experience in strategic content production and distribution, including retention content
- Managing systems: Hub Spot, Dashboards, Analytics, Automations
- Experience in building partnerships and referral networks
- Confidence in presenting at webinars and events with our hotel and tech partners • Expertise in Hub Spot Marketing Suite, Google-, and Linked In-Ads
