This position helps make gospel teachings, resources,or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way.Incumbents provide high quality customer service which routinely requires product knowledge to assist customers. Responds to customer questions regarding curriculum, proper fitting of clothing or issues of similar complexity. Incumbents possess cashiering skills coupled with product knowledge acquired on the job. Product knowledge is generally acquired during a brief learning period of approximately one to three months. As new products are added to inventory, incumbents are expected to develop understanding of contents and/or properties to adequately serve customers. May provide personal-fitting services to patrons at Beehive Clothing Distribution Centers. May perform some housekeeping duties to ensure the facility, equipment and storage areas are in good condition.
- Serves patrons by responding to questions, finalizing sale of selected products.
- May assist patrons to ensure proper fit and product usage which may require an understanding of variations in styles, fabrics, properties and cleaning methods.
- May respond to questions regarding curriculum ordering procedures or content.
- Possesses the ability to operate the point-of-sale terminal.
- Acts to resolve customer problems, assuring that the quality customer service techniques are used.
- May assist with inventory and cycle counts.
- May serve non-English speaking patrons, accommodating differences in international sizing.
- Assists in the creation of product and inventory displays as needed.
- This position requires to work on Saturdays.
- High School Education or equivalent.
- Retail Sales and Customer Service experience.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Basic Math and Computer skills preferred.
- Work as scheduled and needed.
