Job Highlights

Analyze and optimize Global SCM Processes across regions and teams
Define and manage projects independently
Drive automation, digitalization and reporting within Global SCM
Support and represent the Global SCM team in Excellence Initiatives on Corporate level
Coordinate interfaces within LANXESS

Requirements

Master degree or similar degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
Relevant professional experience
Strong project management skills and drive to optimize the status quo, incl. digitalization
Excellent communication skills across our stakeholder landscape
Knowledge of SAP and SCM tools
Business fluent in English and German
Ability to travel domestically and at times international
