P&F – Intralogistik-Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the intralogistics and planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring that warehousing operations are executed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role contributes to the Smart Building – Hub Energy Distribution Planning and Fulfillment team in Heidelberg. Main stakeholders are Production, Disposition, Logistics, Procurement, Site Management, Quality, and Order Handling. You will be mainly accountable for: • Planning and realization of logistics and P&F projects, e.g., disassembly and new planning of warehouse structures, SAP S4 Hana implementation, material flow planning, and implementation of a key performance indicator dashboard. • Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of logistics and planning and fulfillment metrics, including stock filling level, on-time delivery, lead time, and resource utilization. • Identifying key root causes for non-performance and driving improvement initiatives across the business. • Supporting daily business operations, such as overseeing warehousing operations, staff and capacity planning, information exchange with other departments, organizing maintenance and repairs, etc. You will join a committed, talented, welcoming, and supportive team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role
Completed studies in the field of logistics, engineering management, or similar. Alternatively, state-certified technician with professional experience or comparable.
Demonstrated work experience in a logistics or production-related environment.
Knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
An open nature and hands-on mentality.
