Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.
Job Summary
As a Laborer, you will report to and receive assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or Lead providing services across the site.
Roles and Responsibilities

Read and interpret instructions and procedures.

Move materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.

Prepare construction sites, pour and spread concrete, set forms, and/or finish surfaces.

Participate in routine and turnaround plant maintenance projects and activities.

Support plant production activities in receiving and shipping materials and products.

Complete records, maintain tools and equipment, and perform various clean-up and housekeeping activities.

Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing the required personal safety equipment.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.

This is an entry-level role; no special knowledge or experience is required.

Skills may be required through on-the-job training.

Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds on a regular basis. Requires climbing, reaching, bending, squatting, crawling.

Must be able to work outdoors in extreme conditions to include heat, cold, dust and rain.

Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Must be Polish citizen
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Forklift operation certification.

Previous training/experience in similar laborer roles.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to support various tasks and the mission as needed.

Prior experience on a LOGCAP or similar BOS contract.
