YOUR ROLE
As a Head of / VP -Data Experience you will ensure that data-driven insights inform strategic decisions while managing programs efficiently to deliver results across the e-commerce organization.
Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and develop a high-performing BI & Data Visualisation team
Design and implement BI strategies that enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities
Utilize your expertise in SQL and data management to oversee our DWH operations and ensure data integrity & accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives, to provide data-driven insights that support business objectives
Champion best practices in data analysis, presenting findings in a clear and impactful manner to diverse audiences

YOUR PROFILE
To succeed in this role you:

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, with a proven track record of leading analyst teams for at least 3 years
Proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of database management & optimisation
Experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau, though familiarity with other tools is also valuable
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively
A proactive approach with high independence and personal responsibility
