What are your responsibilities?

• Independent processing of ongoing financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets
• Handling dunning processes
• Conducting payment transactions
• Processing travel expense reports
• Handling credit card statements
• Preparing VAT declarations
• Preparing statistics
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Acting as a backup for payroll processing

What are we looking for?

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualifications as a balance sheet accountant or a comparable qualification
• Several years of comprehensive experience in balance sheet accounting
• Proactive and hands-on mentality
• Motivation to contribute and help shape processes
• Knowledge of Varial software would be an advantage
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Appreciation, respect, and intercultural competence towards individuals and groups from other cultures
