Job Description

About the Role:
As a Digital Field Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial part in advancing TOMRA’s digital solutions. This dynamic role offers a unique blend of responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities:
Digital Product Management (50% of your time)

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Service) and customers across segments to discover digital needs and requirements.
Manage and prioritize digital requirements, creating an organized backlog for the Technology team to develop.
Test and approve digital solutions before they’re deployed to ensure excellence in what we deliver.
Serve as the key contact between customers and developers, relaying feedback and ensuring their needs are fulfilled.

Technical Digital Support (remaining 50% of your time)

Support and manage field trials for new digital solutions at diverse global sites, bringing TOMRA’s innovation to life.
Conduct thorough data validation processes, ensuring every new machine we release meets quality standards with validated data.

Qualifications
What You Bring:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Waste Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Comfort with data-driven and cloud-based digital solutions.
Basic experience with sensor-based sorting technology, as well as knowledge of automation and network technology.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Eagerness to travel occasionally (around 20% within Europe) and to grow and develop in an interdisciplinary team.
A good command of written and spoken English.
