Clarion is the premium business brand of Strawberry. Clarion Hotel Helsinki is one of the most relevant hotels in Finland and has become an integral part of the city skyline. Two towers reaching 78 meters offering 425 rooms, The Social Bistro, Skyroom, Living Room and the famous Makasiini Event space for up to 1.000 guests. We are a well-established international conference, event and business hotel, located in the upcoming and booming Jätkäsaari area.
We are looking for our next WELCOME OFFICE MANAGER to start preferably November 2024 - this can be discussed. As Welcome Office Manager you will be an active member of the hotel leadership team reporting directly to the General Manager.
Your main tasks will be securing daily operations in our Rooms Division, leading top & bottom line performance, executing the brand promise, driving ancillary revenues & service excellence and most of all taking care of your team member & guests. You are the shining star leading your team in a very busy, exciting & fun surrounding!

For this role you must have previous experience as Front Office Manager or Welcome Office Manager in a large business hotel and a proven track record. Helsinki market knowledge and solid Finnish language skills are required. International experience in a busy hotel environment is a great plus.
