We're on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic VP, People & Culture to help take our fast-growing team to the next level. In this role, you'll lead our global people strategy, shaping everything from employee experience and talent acquisition to learning & development and organizational health. Working closely with the Management Team, you'll play a key role in building and sustaining a high-performing, diverse workforce that drives our rapid growth forward.
What will I be doing?
Develop and execute a comprehensive global people strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, culture, health & safety, and compliance.
Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, experience, and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging).
Create leadership programs to support the company's growth and future readiness.
Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations across regions (we have operations in Europe, the US and APAC regions).
Be a culture carrier and ambassador for the company’s values, building trust and fostering a collaborative, ambitious environment.
What skills do I need?
Proven experience in global HR leadership within a fast-paced, multi-cultural organization.
Background in scaling a company, ideally from 300 to 1000 employees, including through pivotal transitions like IPOs.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well with passionate, dynamic management teams.
Hands-on, strategic thinker who can turn chaos into structured, scalable processes.
Expertise in HR practices, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition on a global scale.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
