Your responsibilities
Your main responsibility is to lead and develop home organization and lighting department in Market Hall, where we offer a wide range of smaller home decoration goods for the customers.
- Leading the business with a strong customer focus and active selling attitude within the department together with the team of sales co-workers.
- Ensuring the stock availability for customers visiting in the store and also for online customers.
- Acting quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback, as well as keeping an active eye on competition, supply and performance analysis.
- Knowing your range and presenting the width and depth commercially to satisfy and inspire visitors.
- Ensure you have the right number of competent co-workers in the right place at the right time. You are supported by people planning specialist with the actual shift planning.
- Creating an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with your team and other colleagues while providing an inspiring and motivating direction.
- Empowering your team by delegating responsibility to help them grow and develop according to their individual ability and experience.

This position is full time 37,5h/week and fixed term until the end of Dec 2025. Work will begin by agreement during the November 2024.
