Job Purpose: We are looking to hire a Senior Project Test Manager for one of our customers.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should:

Play a pivotal role responsible for defining and guiding the overall test architecture, strategy, and practices across the organization. This role requires deep technical expertise in software testing, a strong understanding of modern software development practices, and the ability to implement scalable and efficient testing frameworks
Manage and lead key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the testing process for multiple products or solution offerings.
Direct the overall test strategy and general program requirements.
Establish best practices for test automation, performance testing, security testing, and continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Promote and advocate for shift-left principles, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.
Build high performing global delivery teams and lead internal network of leaders to deliver high quality services and secure repeat business
Establish effective management processes to ensure high quality delivery, client service and strong client relationships
Strong experience with the global service delivery model
Understanding and thought leadership in technology, services and business trends
Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels. They must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders, and must be persuasive and influential.

Ability to provide face-to-face and remote support
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Business and customer service focused
Flexible, good team player and have good problem-solving skills
Should be willing to travel
