As a Enterprise Architect, you will operate at the forefront of digital commerce innovation, driving strategic initiatives to help our clients achieve their business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in leading project pre-studies (Discovery), pre-sales activities, and high-impact client consulting assignments. Your expertise will be crucial in gathering and documenting technical and business requirements, and in defining and developing sophisticated technical solutions that align with client business goals.
This role has a strategic focus on the Nordic market and reports directly to the Head of Solution Consulting, Nordics.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and Mentor: Inspire and guide team members, setting a high standard through your actions and insights.
• Expertise Development: Cultivate broad expertise across highly specialised fields and multiple disciplines.
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a principal advisor, offering professional concepts to resolve critical issues and drive new ideas.
• Discovery Leadership: Participate and lead Discoveries as a Enterprise Architect or Discovery Lead, influencing cross-team and organisational initiatives.
• Client Solutions: Develop, structure, and present innovative solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
• Communication Champion: Drive organisation-wide communication and lead group-wide activities to foster a collaborative environment.
• Goal Setting: Align meaningful goals with organisational strategy and support others in doing the same.
• Knowledge Sharing: Engage actively in knowledge sharing, host learning sessions, and contribute to architectural blueprint reviews.
• External Engagement: Create and share at least one externally visible activity per year, such as blog posts, webinars, or case studies.
• Product Expertise: Stay updated with solution reference documentation and share knowledge on systems you master.
• Presentation Excellence: Compose and deliver presentations effectively to diverse audiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in solution consulting in E-commerce or related fields.
• Product Competence: Proven expertise in at least two products from our offerings.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of development concepts to be able to talk the same language with the technical teams and explain technical concepts to a client.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to any audience.
• Problem-Solving: Strong skills in structuring and solving complex problems and presenting solutions to clients.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and foster continuous learning and improvement.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to drive organisation-wide initiatives and group activities.
• Discovery Experience: Experience leading discovery processes and managing team dynamics.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work across project teams to resolve issues and drive task completion.
• Public Engagement: Experience in creating externally visible content like blog posts, webinars, or case studies.
