Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Professional Services SAP business processes?
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Professional Services SAP Specialist.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business line and beyond, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement of our SAP Customer Service (CS) process area.
What you’ll do
Support Process Development: Coordinate and drive process development activities within the CS process area.
Gather and Prioritize Requirements: Work with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize process and system development requirements.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Utilize feedback from users and stakeholders to support continuous improvement and share best practices across the organization.
Support Development of Guidelines and Business Rules: Collaborate with PSE BL and Support Function representatives to develop and implement guidelines and business rules for the CS process area.
Ensure Compliance: Monitor compliance with the global operating model and processes.
Support Management and Capability Development: Provide end-to-end support for operative management and capability development within the CS process area.
Assist End Users: Offer operational support and training to end users on new features and processes related to the CS Module for PSE.
Who you are
You have a Business Commerce degree or equivalent experience
Strong SAP knowledge. Minimum of 4 years of experience. Specific experience with the Customer Service module will be an advantage
Excellent influencing skills, proactive and independent approach
