We are expanding our operations and therefore, we are now looking for a Research Leader to strengthen our drug development services. In this senior position, you will manage the planning and execution of our new therapy adaption project. You will be ensuring that all project related activities are performed in accordance with our policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health and safety requirements, financial targets as well as schedule commitments. This role requires both strong people leader experience and efficient establishment and project management skills. You master high-level design, management, and execution of multiple parallel projects to drive preclinical service program development. The position is permanent and full-time.
What you should bring with you:
MSc/Ph D in Life Sciences or equivalent degree
Proven, vast track record of similar role(s) in the field of oncology and/or pharmacology
Clear and efficient communication skills in both English and Finnish
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables
Capability to develop work practices and to take lessons learned and implement them into the processes
Ability to work under pressure to deliver the projects with time, cost, and quality
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and challenges
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines and excellent collaboration and work multinational team
