Job Description:
We are seeking a Repair Specialist to join our team at the Diagnostics Repair Center in Tuusula. You will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading medical devices (e.g., DEXIS IOS and Scan e Xam) and can meaningfully contribute to our product quality and customer experience. You will work with a highly experienced technical team here in Tuusula and will have the opportunity to be part of a truly global team.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in the repair or assembly of electronics, appliances, or other electromechanical devices.
Previous experience and ability to use basic functionalities of Microsoft Office tools. Experience using ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
Comfortable troubleshooting basic computer hardware and software issues (Windows environment).
Ability to independently communicate with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex technical issues.
English language skills are essential, and other language skills are considered an advantage.
