Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing project activities
Collaborate with project team in the preparation of simulation scenarios and experimental evaluations of the maritime learning technologies
Assist in the development and implementation of digital educational tools, including intelligent learning system, instructional videos, and chatbots
Contribute to the research, development and dissemination of AI-assisted training packages and pedagogical guidelines for instructors
Prepare status reports and communication materials for stakeholders (internal and external) and consortium partners
Collaborate with project team in meetings and discussions to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
If you have additional qualifications in Communication Studies, Educational Technology, Human Factors, UX/UI Design, or a related field it will be an added advantage
You have experience with maritime training environments, including simulation technologies, learning analytics platforms, and adaptive learning strategies
You have competence in multimedia production, including video editing, and digital communication platforms
What we’re looking for:
A Masters Degree in maritime studies or other relevant qualifications
Knowledge of simulator-based maritime operations and routine maritime communication
Knowledge of innovative learning technologies and the ability to evaluate and support simulator-based learning experiences
Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods
Good organizational skills and working efficiently in inter-disciplinary research environment.
Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in English
Salary according to Collective agreement for universities of applied sciences and internal directives. The position includes a probationary period equal to half the length of the contract.
Employment:
For the period 18.11.2024 – 31.10.2025 or according to the agreement. Part-time employment possible by agreement.
