We are now looking for a
PRODUCTION ENGINEER
for our newly renovated factory in Jyväskylä
In this new position You plan, coordinate, and manage the manufacturing processes used to produce electronics. This includes overseeing the production of raw materials, analyzing production costs and processes, troubleshooting technical problems, and evaluating product quality. You are responsible for designing efficient production systems that integrate people, machines, materials, information, and energy to make a product. You also ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person with experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role and understanding of production processes and manufacturing practices. We highly appreciate familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices. You also benefit from experience with CAD software and other engineering tools and previous knowledge of safety and quality regulations in manufacturing.
We hope You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details. In this position You need to have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You also need strong communication (in both Finnish and English) and teamwork skills.
