Key responsibilities: Overall responsibility for Axla’s operations, personnel, P&L, strategy, and growth agenda.
Build Axla’s structure and framework.
Overall responsibility for development of Axla’s fulfilment processes.
Overall responsibility in conjunction with sales and ops to secure and uphold our clients’ agreements.
Report to the CEO of Åland Post through the analysis and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Negotiate with external corporate partners and ensure high-quality collaborations.
Ensure continuous development for an optimized operation, including automation and system integrations.
Your background In your role as Operations Director e Com Logistics, it is crucial to have the ability to work strategically and develop innovative business solutions to not only achieve established goals but to set new ones. We expect you to be high-performing, combine a results-oriented approach with humility, and have a drive to create winning teams through well-developed people skills. To excel in this role, we would also like to see the following qualifications:
Experienced leader with a business acumen to achieve and understand results together with your team.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand the bigger picture from numbers and reports.
Operational experience and process development.
Proficiency in Finnish and English; knowledge of Swedish is a significant plus.
