This role is for an Office / Administration manager in Halli and Tampere. This is to support a Lockheed Martin Aeronautics production program at Patria. The role will assist through start up activities and into serial production. Primary work location will be Halli, Finland with travel to Tampere 1 day per week.
Specific Tasking:
Support Expat team with administration type tasks such as office management, logistics, and translation activities when required.
Work with Lockheed Martin Global Inc. (LMGI) office on financial transactions for office
Negotiate contracts for office services, office supplies, cellular services, Expat residence phone and data services, and Expat residential contracts.
Coordinate program review meeting schedules, material creation and related activities.
Responsible for monitoring all LM visitors coming in country from various business units and arrange necessary facility access.
Provide any required translation for programmatic and office activities
Support the Expat and Rotational Tech Assist personnel with administrative support (e.g. establishment of local bank accounts, housing search, housing utilities and Expat housing issues)
Maintain control of local office property including annual audit of property inventory disposition excess or end of life inventory in accordance with LM asset disposition procedures.
Prepare and maintain local office evacuation plan and ensure personnel rosters are accurate and complete.
Liaison between the local office and applicable accounting firms regarding Expat tax status / requirements.
Assist with Expat and Rotational Tech Assist visas and ensure that all immigration requirements are compliant through International Human Resources (Global Mobility)
Assist the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) office personnel with administrative activities that impact joint LM office area.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
High Finnish and English fluency
Demonstrated strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently with little direction required.
Proficiency with general office management tools and systems
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills)
