We are now looking for a
Manager,
Commercial Excellence
for the Sales Operations & Customer Service team within our Global Service Business. The heart and soul of KONE Service Business Sales is the Frontline, where our salespeople handle thousands of customer visits both on-site and remotely every day. They support and are supported by teams in Service Delivery and Customer Service, enabling the best possible customer experience together on a daily basis . Your purpose is to drive commercial and pricing excellence for Service Business by focusing on profitability drivers and enablers. Y ou will report to the Head of Sales Operations & Customer Service.
Key responsibilities include
:

Pricing excellence development, i ncluding close collaboration with Area and Frontline colleagues to drive pricing excellence with our salespeople

Business ownership of the Global KONE Tools for Commercial Excellence, including K ONE Customer Care Tendering Tool , Pricing Tools and others

Ownership of key processes within Service Business Commercial Excellence focusing on Profitability, including but not limited to E scalation s, S mart renegotiations, M aturity model , Discount Management and Ful l Contract Profitability

Drive pricing excellence of the Service Business Offering

Close collaboration with KONE Areas and Frontlines to identify the cornerstones of global C ommercial Excellence, listening and learning with the markets to see how Global Business Line can drive value for the customer

Collaborate as a key member of the Service team in other end-to-end business development initiatives, contributing as a Subject Matter Expert in Pricing and Commercial Excellence to the shared success of the full KONE team

Engage actively with IT, Human Resources, Finance and other colleagues to build strong working relationships across the global teams for the benefit of the Areas and Frontlines

Act as a Global Business Partner towards Area Pricing and Commercial Excellence stakeholders
Requirements for the role:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience with commercial excellence / pricing responsibility, including either frontline or area exposure

Proven track-record of working with pricing , e.g. escalation process es , list price management, discount management, contract options management, contractual terms & conditions

Strong commercial acumen, experience and knowledge of key Service financials

Conceptual and analytical ability in global context proven from previous roles, capability to pull together data from various systems and build cohesive insights and recommendation s

Ability to establish structure , simplify complexity and establish presentation storyline s
-
Strong people skills enabling effective collaboration
-
Business degree in a relevant field

Full professional proficiency in English
The position requires travelling for approximately 1 5% of your time. The position is preferably located in Espoo ( Finland ) , but location in other KONE sites is negotiable.
