IT-Support Engineer - Jyväskylä
Prog-It is for looking an aspiring IT-engineer to assist our customer IT-support in the Jyväskylä area where you will be the on-site resource for our customer.

We think you have just finished your education or training as an IT-support engineer or are a couple of years into your career. IT is very likely a strong interest of yours we will not be surprised if you have a home lab.
You are ambitious to learn and have a drive to take on and solve problems, acting on tasks outside your comfort zone comes natural to you.

- On-site customer support and workstation assistance.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Identifying and addressing network connectivity issues.

- Installing and troubleshooting skills for PC, Mac and mobile devices.
- Managing various operating system issues (e.g., Windows, mac OS, or Linux).
- Providing excellent service to end-users
To succeed with us, you are a person who is:
- Driven and committed - you can have direct dialogue with our customers and guide them through the technical landscape on your own.
- Solution-oriented and understands system architecture at a general level.
- Communicative and possesses good teamwork skills.
Furthermore, a driver's license is required.
