IT MANAGER, FINLAND
Tacto Tek® is on a mission to transform the global electronics industry by developing and licensing injection molded smart structure technologies (IMSE®) that enable brands to create sustainable, differentiated and compelling user experiences.
As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to develop IT systems and processes that meet our business needs. In this role you will be in a key position to translate the customer requirements of world's leading automotive brands and other relevant stakeholders to well functioning IT systems and processes that enable future business growth. Primary location of the position is Oulu, Finland.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning it with business objectives

Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure, including systems administration, network architecture, and data protection

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that optimize business processes and enhance productivity
-
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company's operations and recommending adoption strategies
-
Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and strategic partners to ensure effective delivery of IT services and solutions
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus

Proven experience (5+ years) in an IT leadership role, with a track record of driving IT processes & strategies and achieving business objectives

Strong technical knowledge across multiple IT domains, including infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies

Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, selecting, and implementing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive innovation

Understanding of automotive manufacturer’s information security standards and requirements is a plus

Enthusiasm, self-initiative and high level of motivation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Fluent English skills
