We’re currently looking for a new IT Lead to join our team.

In this position, your core duties will involve:

• Driving the IT strategy forward to ensure strong business support and greater cost-efficiency in IT operations.
• Taking ownership of the group’s core systems.
• Ensuring that IT aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and adds value to key business functions.
• Ensuring IT systems and policies comply with security standards, minimizing operational risks.
• Managing IT system implementation projects.
• Partnering with an external GDPR expert to handle privacy-related matters
• Proactively modernizing the IT infrastructure to optimize efficiency.
• Overseeing and executing certifications, such as ISO 27001.
• Improving and managing IT support services.
• Taking full responsibility for the operational aspects of the IT department and acting as the primary contact for our IT support partner.

To thrive in this position, you should have experience with:

• Proven experience in IT management and driving IT strategies.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems management, and security standards.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Experience in project management, including system implementations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with business stakeholders and external partners.
• Managing IT infrastructures across multiple countries
• Google and Mac environments (experience limited to MS and PC may not be sufficient)
  
• Balancing strategic insight with practical, hands-on execution
  
• Fluency in both English and Finnish
