How You’ll Make an Impact

• Craft secondary systems for HV substations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop detailed specifications for equipment and cubicle purchasing, collaborating closely with external suppliers and manufacturers.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement design solutions for both traditional and technically challenging projects.
• Mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise to elevate the overall quality and performance of the team.
• Participate in brief design-related site visits, ensuring that designs are implemented successfully and addressing any on-site challenges.
• Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to maintain the highest standards of design quality and innovation.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in HV substation C&P design, with a track record of delivering high-quality designs.
• Proficiency in engineering tools such as Auto CAD, Micro Station, and Eplan.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to producing flawless designs.
• Proficient communication skills in both Finnish and English; knowledge of Estonian is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and participate in on-call service teams as needed.
• An approach passionate about continuous improvement, learning, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
