We are currently looking for a numbers-oriented Game Designer to join our ranks. You will be participating in the development of Empires & Puzzles and/or our future projects. More specifically, you will be a part of the core game development team and will design new features and content for our games – everything from heroes and their special skills to events and event rewards – maintaining a good balance of all elements and their relations to make player choices worthwhile and create an enjoyable player experience.
Main responsibilities:

Designing new features, content & in-game offers
Balancing characters, levels and other game elements
Collaborating with other game designers, programmers, artists and QA specialists of your team

Here are some other things that would make you our ideal candidate:

Relevant educational background and/or previous experience in game design
Mathematical and analytical skills
Experience of using Excel
Passion for mobile games and understanding of free-to-play (F2P) mechanics
A positive “can-do” attitude
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
Passion for games
