As an elf, you are a guide and entertainer, all in one cheerful package. Your task is to bring joy wherever you and your guests go. You tell stories and entertain children and adults during the Santa Claus tour. You work together with other elves and ensure that your guests know where to go and what to do, that the schedule stays on track, and that the program is carried out as planned. As an elf, you make Christmas fairytale come true. Your most important tool is your performance skills and your ability to immerse yourself. You are a social team player. You also get along well with children—they are your biggest fans! Additionally, you are good at managing groups and possess language skills and local knowledge. You are a bold and open person who can immerse yourself and take initiative, adapting as needed. You have social skills and rely on common sense in problem-solving. You speak English fluently, knowledge of other languages is a big advantage. You are an excellent team player but also unafraid to tackle work independently. You have good stress tolerance and can provide memorable experiences despite being in a hurry. You are a positive colleague who can maintain not only a pleasant work atmosphere but also the ambiance of the Santa Claus story. The elves work full-time from the beginning of November until December 31st and then continue part-time until the end of March. Part-time work in December is also possible. Before the season starts in early November, we organize elf training for you, where you learn essential elf skills, and guiding, customer service, and first aid skills. The job is temporary until March 31st, 2025, and work starts in November 2024 or as agreed. Working hours are in morning/evening shifts. Work also during weekends. Full-time 120h / 3 weeks starting at the beginning of November, then part-time after December. Work begins November 2024 Duration until 31.3.2025 Salary as in collective agreement.
