We are looking for a Commissioning Coordinator with a main responsibility for Marine Customer delivery. The preferred location for this permanent position is Vaasa, Finland. We offer the possibility of hybrid remote work.
Your role and responsibilities:
As a Commissioning Coordinator, your work will include non-conformity handling and spare parts ordering for marine new build projects including service order creation for field service resources. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of an energetic global marine Site Management & Commissioning team with diverse expertise.
Requirements for the position:
- Basic SAP knowledge
- Basic Service Workforce knowledge
- Normal office software skills
- Interest of to develop and learning new things
Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Capability to manage multiple customer delivery projects
- Communication skills both internally and externally towards customers
- Team player skills and ability to work independently
- Structured and organized way of working
- Preferably some experience in the marine industry
