CEO - Logistics & Freight Forwarding Company in Finland

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven CEO to lead a growing shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding company based in Finland. This is a unique opportunity to take full responsibility for the company’s operations, including financial performance, personnel management, and business strategy.

About the role

Lead and manage the entire Finnish operation with full P&L responsibility.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.
Oversee all departments, ensuring strong leadership, motivation, and development of staff.
Cultivate and maintain key client relationships, as well as partnerships with suppliers and other industry stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while maintaining high standards of sustainability and operational excellence.
Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and steer the company towards profitability and competitive advantage.

About you

Proven leadership experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry, ideally at a senior management or executive level.
Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth and enhancing profitability.
Hands-on leadership style, with a focus on team building and delivering results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
