We are seeking a Trainee for the Legal team to support the Legal Executive Assistant in various administrative tasks. You will help to ensure that the team members have the best possible practical arrangements and conditions to focus on their areas of responsibility. The contract is approximately 8 months and, depending on the chosen trainee, is either part-time or full-time or a mixture of both. Our wish is that the trainee would start in December or at the beginning of January at the latest.
As an Assistant Trainee, your daily tasks will consist of:
Calendar management
Scheduling and organizing the global team’s monthly meetings and following up on action items
Organizing team’s other face-to-face and virtual meetings, events, workshops, and trainings
Travel management (full cycle, including expense claims and visas) for the General Counsel and other Legal and Compliance leadership team members
Assisting with invoice handling and cost follow-up
Assisting with document management and information sharing (updating intranet, etc.)
Assisting other Compliance and Legal team members when needed
Who you are, you have:

Great teamworking skills while also ability to work independently
High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to work in a quickly changing atmosphere, with tolerance for changing plans and time pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
Good command of Microsoft Office tools
Willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge
Flexibility in working hours when needed
