Application Specialist, Nordic & Baltic The Nordic & Baltic Application Team is seeking a talented, resourceful, and energetic Application Specialist to be a key member of the team, supporting and enhancing our internal application management and digital transformation initiatives. The role of Application Management team is to bridge the gap between IT department, end-users and business stakeholders, ensuring the digital applications meet business needs and are used effectively. As our Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our consolidated application portfolio and operate on all markets within digital projects in the Nordic and Baltic region for our construction businesses. The position is based in Helsinki at our Pitäjänmäki office. Your Role
Ensure up to date ownership and maintenance of the application portfolio. And together with the team build a strong ALM (Lifecycle management) process which is the fundament in our daily work.
Manage regional service transition management, ensuring new services are implemented smoothly and in alignment with group standards.
Develop and maintain regional processes and tools, including the Service Now knowledge base and support documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to solve operational issues with applications and implement best practices across the organization.
Support regional project management efforts, contributing to the deployment and maintenance of various applications.

Strong technical skills, with comprehensive experience in IT systems, including applications, servers, networks, and equipment.
Good knowledge of ITIL framework and structured working methods.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders. move up
Ability to guide and coach country-based support teams.
A proactive and independent work style, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in English, other Nordic language skills are an advantage
Relevant education, preferably at Bachelor level within IT.
A few years of professional experience in IT
