As Application Engineer Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for Post Sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support, a field service, or other service request. Develop an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.
As Application Engineer Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:

Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1, 2, 3 Technical Support Resolving post sales Technical Issues.

Partner with high-level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.

Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.

Handling diverse clients in a region. Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

Elaborate designs through an adequate selection of equipment according to the application

Prepare offers (quotes); project development; support field problems related to the artificial lift system; support in Tear Downs (Disassembly of equipment); collaborate in the development of the technical area in tenders; manage performance indicators for electro submersible equipment, research development
To be successful as Application Engineer Artificial Lift you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the Engineering discipline ( Petroleum, Electronics, Mechanical)

Have minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector and 5 years in the Applications Engineering area.

Have experience managing Design Software applications (Autograph PC, Sub pump, Design Pro)

Have proven experience diagnosing high flow electro submersible equipment and gas handling

Have experience managing viscous crude oil and high gas flow projects

Have effective oral and written communication skills.

Have effective interpersonal and leadership skills.

Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.

Have ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
