Our team:
Join our Programme Management Office (PMO), a key department for the Forward ’28 strategy rollout for Personal Customers. Our team is committed to efficiently guiding the strategy's design, delivery, and implementation. We focus on clear decision-making, maintain prioritization, manage risks, and ensure alignment with other business units to drive success across the organization.
The role:
As a Traction and insights consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that high-impact initiatives achieve their expected benefits. Your responsibilities will include monthly execution reporting, optimizing processes, removing roadblocks, and ensuring the successful realization of anticipated outcomes together with the team.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Ensure all strategy initiatives, both digital and non-digital, are aligned with our overarching goals by maintaining a high-level overview and understanding of execution status.
- Track both long-term and short-term outcomes, using strategic insights to ensure we are on the right path towards achieving our OKRs.
- Ensuring insight and setup early warnings in collaboration with Execution Leads
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across business units. Translate your insights to ongoing presentations on strategy execution and highlights to senior management with recommendations when relevant.
About you:
We are looking for a dedicated consultant with a flair for numbers. You are at your best when translating learnings into clear, actionable insights and ready to take on interesting and complex challenges. We hope, you can see yourself in this:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field like economics or business
- Ability to communicate and navigate at all levels of management
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in strategy execution, consultancy or PMO in a corporate environment
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach when translating gabs to solutions
- Ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and precisely while aligning with key stakeholders both written and spoken
- Structured approach, willingness to take ownership and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries As a person, you are collaborative, energetic, proactive and open to new tasks
