We are seeking an experienced Senior Product UX Design Lead with a Product Management mindset to join our team and lead the design of an intuitive, user-centered, web-based Saa S product. You will play a critical role in driving the user experience for our products and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing. You will leverage your expertise to deliver top user experience and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from research to wireframing and prototyping.

Conduct customer research (1:1 interviews, surveys, etc.).

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Conduct ideation workshops around new product features and roadmap.

Design and maintain design systems and UI kits.

Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and improve scalability.

Take a holistic approach to Customer Experience (CX) rather than just User Experience (UX).

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product development as a UX designer with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Product management experience with a focus on leading product design initiatives.

Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro etc

Experience conducting user research and prototyping.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present design decisions.

Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar etc

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, Java Script, CSS etc

Front end development experience a plus.
