Job Description
To support our future growth ambitions, we are on a journey to develop our Foodservice Business by introducing new offers with supporting in store processes, production infrastructure and a fresh food supply chain.


We are looking for a Senior Manager Foodservice Support with deep knowledge from change processes to create and support implementation of strategies for Circle K Foodservice business development.

Senior Manager Food Service Support

THE ROLE
Your role will be to support the European Food Service team in the following areas:

• Food Packaging: Leading the entire Food Service packaging development and distribution.
  
• Procurement projects: Overseeing the food procurement projects and partnering with different stakeholders within the organization.
  
• Digital solutions: Ensuring digital tool planning, optimization, and implementation to enhance customer experience and drive business efficiency.
  
• Point of contact in the food team for activities such as “Too Good To Go." Etc.
  

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Food packaging: The role involves liaising with various stakeholders, including packaging producers, warehouses, distribution partners, Business units, and Food Service directors. Ensure efficient packaging solutions that comply with regulatory requirements.
  Consolidate packaging ranges to ensure alignment with business needs, availability across the European markets, and best prices.
  
• Procurement projects: Manage and oversee the Food Service procurement project planning and prioritization. Ensure that all projects align with annual goals and objectives, focusing on delivering high-impact results. Cooperate with Global and European procurement teams to ensure procurement projects are aligned with business needs.
  
• Digital solutions: Coordinate execution of digital strategy that integrates technology into Food Service operations including food ordering, customer engagement programs, and deliveries. Coordinate seamless integration between different digital tools (Food production, Menu boards, Queue management, Food ordering, AI,) to provide an efficient workflow across the organization.
  

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as UX, IT, to represent Food Service needs and ensure prioritization of Food Service-related digital tools.
  • Design a digital customer journey for food from the customer's perspective.
• Be responsible for networking and coordinating with supporting functions and team members in Europe and North America as needed (Marketing, Concept, Comms, Procurement, Training, Packaging, Supply Chain, Analytics, HSE, Food Safety, etc.).
  

The position is based within the European Market Area, and it offers flexible working hours and travel requirements to accommodate global operational needs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in packaging or supply chain roles within a retail or food industry context.
  
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple areas of responsibility effectively. Experience in business continuity planning.
  
• Strong skills in collaboration, cooperation, and communication.
  
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
  
• Experienced with relevant Microsoft business suite software and other industry programs.
  
• A bachelor’s degree in economics/marketing or related fields.
  
• Ability to travel about 20% project specific.
