THE ROLE As a part of Circle K's European B2B commercial organization, you'll collaborate closely with B2B sales teams across 12 European countries, spanning Ireland, Scandinavia, the Baltics, Poland, Benelux, and Germany. You'll contribute to a highly skilled and committed team that is passionate about achieving Circle K's B2B vision: to be the world's preferred B2B Mobility partner.

This pivotal role entails responsibility for refining and executing key aspects of the CK B2B mobility roadmap across Europe. You'll drive major strategic initiatives in close collaboration with key stakeholders in global support functions. Additionally, you'll spearhead partnership execution and support their activation through all necessary go-to-market (GTM) activities alongside the European BUs.
In this role, you'll work closely with Circle K's B2B commercial and functional experts, coordinating multiple product initiatives and commercial partnerships. You'll leverage cutting-edge technology and best-in-class solutions to enhance our value proposition for customers and generate new revenue streams. You'll also engage with key stakeholders across the wider company, including Marketing, Global Technology, e Mobility, and B2B Mobility Products, ensuring that the overall B2B Mobility strategic agenda is fully understood and supported by all dependent sales support functions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Execute the strategic mobility roadmap for Europe, aligning multiple product initiatives and commercial partnerships.
Continuously monitor new offers from competitors and emerging players in the broader mobility space.
Develop and execute partnerships that align with Circle K's B2B Mobility strategy and objectives.
Continuously update the B2B Mobility roadmap, supporting prioritization and reviews, gathering input from various product and development teams.
Support GTM planning and execution of prioritized initiatives that strengthen Circle K's competitive position across European markets.
Execute regional projects with the potential for global scalability, enhancing the value proposition for fleet managers and B2B drivers.
Foster strong collaboration with other key stakeholders, including Global B2B functions, e Mobility and Global Marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
5+ years of experience in business development, in a technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of translating commercial strategies and opportunities into products and solutions, from ideation to market launch.
Experience building and improving digital customer journey experiences.
Experience and strong track record in managing projects and multi-stakeholder environments.
Ability to simplify complex content into easily understandable messages for relevant stakeholders – written and verbally.
Experience with Io T solutions is a must, Mobility and/or Automotive is a plus.
