The position
As a Senior E&C Counsel, you’ll play a pivotal role in being an E&C sparring partner, providing integral advice on both strategic and operational matters within the business area you are key account for – ranging from entering new business models and therapy areas, external requests and media inquiries, partnerships and mergers and acquisitions. About the department
The Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO) develops and leads the implementation of Novo Nordisk’s global ethics & compliance strategy and programme, which focuses on the prevention of fraud, bribery, and off-label promotion. BECO is also responsible for Novo Nordisk’s global systems and processes related to tracking payments to healthcare professionals, as well as compliance with data protection and AI regulations and respect for human rights.
