The position
As a Quality Supporter at Novo Nordisk, your role involves several key responsibilities. You will be responsible for ensuring c GMP-compliance in AM HI, FPM Multipack. Furthermore, you will manage customer complaints and handle deviations, including complex cases requiring systematic problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Additionally, part of your role will involve training staff in GMP and behaviour on the lines, optimizing performance through projects, providing support via on-call duty, and developing and implementing quality assurance strategies.

It would be beneficial to have experience with c LEAN, experience in handling complex quality assurance cases, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate new practices.
