The role
As a Project Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in providing financial oversight and supporting project managers to achieve their objectives. The role will include:
- System responsible: Owner of the time-registration system (timelog) and including being responsible for continuous development/improvement of the system (data hierarchy, etc.), as well as daily operation and maintenance e.g. project creation, month-end controlling.
- Project Controlling: Controlling and follow up on project budgets, burn, etc.
- Financial insight: Maintain and develop financial analysis in order to control the ongoing businesses
- Financial Management: Prepare financial reports and develop presentation material/dashboards to communicate status on projects
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates to internal teams and external stakeholders, addressing concerns effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for process optimization to enhance project management practices.

To succeed in the role
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or (preferably) master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in project control or project management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Skills: Attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with large data set (incl. excel)
- Communication: Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Language: Good written and verbal English, since this is our company language.
