This position, reporting into the cluster Cluster Supply Chain Director is responsible for MW product availability. With the support of regional teams they will ensure that inventory levels are appropriate to support the business demand plan and inventory cash targets. As such, this role will champion the cluster casefill agenda driving performance to > 98.5%. As the leader of the S&OE horizon for the cluster, this role plays a key Interfacing role into the cluster teams (across all functions) and is a dotted line member of the cross-segment supply chain leadership team
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 5 years business experience with preferably 3 years of supply chain
Be able to build productive relationships and communicate effectively at all levels as well internally as externally
Experience of operating within a matrix organisation
Proven track record of engaging associates and building high performance collaboration.
Master’s degree
Fluent in written and spoken English
What will be your key responsibilities?
This role has responsibility for a team of associates and is therefore expected to drive excellence in engagement (> 80% percentile), performance and development. This role Is considered the leader of the S&OE time horizon from a supply chain perspective within the market cluster and as such Is expected to:
Have responsibility for the cluster CSL agenda driving towards and sustaining performance above 98.5%. To ensure this, this role will collaborate across regional market collaboration and supply planning teams and local co-pack teams and use data and analytics to Influence key stakeholders.
Be the main communication Interface Into the cluster (demand functions), customer service and collaboration teams on any Issues anticipated to Impact casefill and / or availability facilitating excellence in communication to our customers
Be the point of escalation for supply chain Issues Impacting the flow of MW product, working with the cross segment teams to ensure solutions
Own the cluster CMOS process ensuring It is operated in accordance with the regional framework and that CI Is Identified and Implemented through collaboration with the regional S&OE lead
As the owner of CMOS for the cluster, this role is continually striving to ensure the supply chain is balanced minimising NQC and striving for sustained 98.5% service to our customers:
Assessment of 0-12 wk supply vs demand balance Identifying risks and opportunities for to the delivery of the plan and ensuring that these are appropriately actioned
Work with members of the regional supply team (Network Planners, Principal IEs, Factory Logistics) to expose risks and trends and align on Improvement plans.
Ensure root cause analysis Is conducted appropriately for availability Issues Impacting cluster service excellence
Has responsibility for cluster stock levels Including forecasting and delivery of cash targets as well as warehouse projections (shared with the cross segment team(s))
Ensure supply representation in critical business processes such as launch ATGs and leads stock transitions for product launch or change initiatives minimising business exposure and stock write offs.
