Ensure all safety and quality procedures are followed and actively work to improve working environment
P&L, NWC, CAPEX responsibility including budget preparation and quarterly forecasting
Monitors, communicates and improves financial and operational results of the company
Reports on KPIs and create plan/countermeasures for areas that are under-achieving
Manage production schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure OTD and quality of products
Communicates daily to team leads and employees at daily management & start up meetings
Develops staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees to facilitate personal growth and agility
Acts as an inspiration leader by motivating the team and ensures successors are in place for key positions in the plant
Focus on well documented standards in manufacturing process
Administers and enforces company policies and procedures
Lead and implement cost savings, continuous improvement and operational excellence programs
Reinforce and develop Technical Service including maintenance processes
