In a close relationship with the regional team, you will be responsible for defining our omnichannel in-store strategy execution, translating this vision to the broader sales organization, and setting metrics and targets accordingly

What are we looking for?

• Degree caliber with sales/category / data or retail management background, with the strong customer, trade marketing, or category management experience within FMCG
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a strong track record of strategy deployment, customer collaboration, and category-first mindset.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively
• Strong stakeholder management skills (Locally, globally and regionally)
• Managing vision and purpose, and a strong ability to motivate & engage others at all levels of the organization (leadership team, regional and or global, broader local One Demand associates)
• Category Expertise, customer-oriented with successful customer-facing roles
• Advanced analytical skills
• High tech-savvy learning curve
• Fluent in English

What will be your key responsibilities?

• In collaboration with regional teams, you will translate our snacking category vision into the Perfect Store strategy and engage the whole organization behind our picture of success by providing analytical support for opportunity-sizing, setting plans, and KPI targets.
• Give input to annual budget planning process IVCP / cells flywheel consolidation
• Design omnichannel Perfect Store program – including distribution tracking, picture of success design, and Next Best Line / MHL assortment prioritization
• Operating plan metrics & targets
• Embed Perfect Store in S&OP+ for decision-making, for sign-off of picture of success, metrics, and target setting
• Ensure successful program embedment in the organization, vision, and relevancy to contribute to enterprise performance and engagement, linking in-store execution to performance-incentives plan
• Working collaboratively across functions to drive the implementation of action plans, monitor progress, and opportunities & risk mitigation plans to decisions needed in S&OP+
• Turning data into insights, in developing executive summaries, presentations, reports, and business cases to support our customer-facing teams to sell merchandising recommendations
• Making sure that Perfect Store measures and definitions are appropriately reflected in the Sales Force Automation tool, data collection model, and reporting environment.
• Knowing our Merchandising must-haves by heart and applying these principles in daily recommendations to build customer-facing teams’ capabilities.
• Cooperating with regional & global Perfect Store community, sharing best practices, and implementing learnings from other markets. Performance reporting locally, globally and/or regionally
• Identify required capabilities to deliver transformation, including tools & data as part of intelligent Perfect Store transformation with ODDA, DT & sales support teams
