Partner & Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Partner & Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spirii, who is working close with Spirii clients and partners both in Nordic and cross Europe.


In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our e-mobility partners achieve their desired outcomes through our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners maximize the value of their investments while fostering long-term relationships that drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within Spirii.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing challenges to drive success.
  • Continuous Onboarding & Training: Follow-up on the onboarding process for Spirii partners, ensuring they understand and effectively utilize our e-mobility solutions. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximize product adoption.
  • Problem Resolution: Address partner inquiries and concerns promptly, working cross-functionally internally in Spirii to resolve issues and ensure a positive partner experience.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners to inform product development and service enhancements, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about e-mobility trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide partners with relevant insights and support their strategic decisions.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in the e-mobility or technology sector.
  • Fluent in English and preferably in more languages – Danish being an advantage
  • Strong understanding of e-mobility concepts, electric vehicles, and charging infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
