We are seeking a skilled and passionate manager for our Kebab restaurant in Aalborg .

Kitchen Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality presentation and taste in every meal.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Service Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service in both the kitchen and front-of-house.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to provide excellent customer service.
• Address customer concerns and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.
• Monitor service standards and ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor Degree in any field or more.
• Experience as a leader with managerial responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Proven experience in managing both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
