emagine is looking for a PMO Support Administration for a client in the pension sector.
The PMO Support Administration plays a key role in providing administrative support to the PMO team and project managers.
Tasks: Maintain project documentation, Track resource schedules Coordinate meetings and training Assist with budgeting and financial status tracking Provide analytical support to the PMO team and project managers Collect and analyze project reports and data, such as budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Assist with implementation Wo W and improvements. Drives processes, issues and support administrations of Governance bodies. Follow up on material readiness etc.
Must have competences: Experience and skills with in Project management and how a program works. Knowledge with system/ application: Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoints, Excel & PPT etc)
Experience with Jira or Azure Devops,.
Experience with creation management reports and decision material
Mindset to solve all kinds of practicalities, ad hoc task and administrative work, curiosity to learn and try out new tasks.
Start: Beginning of October Duration: 6 months + possibility for extension Workload: Fulltime, time & material Location: Copenhagen, hybrid
