At Coop Trading, we are looking for an intern (student) for our Procurement and Supply Chain team - starting in January 2025.

Are you aiming to have an internship in a globally operating procurement organisation, and do you study International Trade and Marketing or Logistics Management? Then read on!

As an intern, you will be part of one of our three sourcing teams and will be assigned to a Buyer (International Trade and Marketing student), a Group Assistant, or our Supply Chain team (Logistics Management student), who will serve as your internship mentor.

Some of the tasks you will work on include:

Product registration for our four customers – Coop in the Nordic countries
Preparation and updating of the Product and Price list (PPL) for our four customers
Gathering volume data from our four customers before negotiations and tender setup
Tasks related to logistics optimization (pallet optimization, delivery form calculations, etc.)
Handling of production samples
Co-organizer of product presentation meetings
Supplier and partner communication and support
Tasks related to Supplier Performance, Service Level, Master Data and Forecast

Your background and work style:

You can either be a Logistics Management student or studying International Trade and Marketing – we tailor tasks and have experience with interns from both fields
Good knowledge of the Office suite and a general understanding of IT systems
Curious and proactive
Detail-oriented and organized
Service-oriented and good at teamwork
Proficient in both Danish and English, both spoken and written

Location: We are moving to Skelbækgade, Vesterbro, at the beginning of 2025. You may still have a few weeks of work at our current location in Taastrup.
