Incept KAM support internship position
Job Description

The position
We are looking for an intern in Ramboll's Strategic Sustainability Consulting department with experience in design, digital tools, innovation and an interest in sustainability. Specifically, you will be connected to our Incept Sustainability tool, which combines employee training, surveys and engagement on sustainability to get everyone in the organisation involved.
Incept Sustainability provides an easy-to-use digital platform for spreading sustainability awareness within your organisation. With interactive e-learning modules and insightful assessments, we make it simple to educate everyone on sustainability. Additionally leveraging data analytics to identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights, enabling proactive decision-making and impactful sustainability strategies.
You get the opportunity to be part of the tool's upscaling process and have the chance to have a direct impact on learning material reaching out to several thousand people.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
The team is part of the dynamic, international department, Strategic Sustainability Consulting, specialising in business and sustainability consulting with a strong professional drive and a focus on personal and professional development. As part of our team, you will contribute to the management of the team and large key accounts, with a primary focus on scaling Incept Sustainability, our sustainability platform designed to elevate sustainability awareness and engagement.
While our backgrounds are diverse, we all share the same passion for providing strategic leadership, guidance and world-class insights to our projects, clients, and colleagues across different departments within Ramboll. We value spending time together outside the workplace, fostering great team spirit and collaboration across geographies.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- User-oriented focus to assist in producing sustainability e-learning modules.
- Content creation for the different sustainability modules both written and visuals materials such as figures, models, presentations, videos, infographics etc.
- Setting up and running test structures for the system and the material testing the user experience (UX) of the Incept Sustainability platform and individual sustainability modules.
- Planning and creating marketing materials on So Me platforms
- Support on client projects
- Generally, support of the team
